After two years of an alleged investigation by the FBI and every federal agency in the U.S. government system, the government found no wrongdoing by Chichakli to allow bringing any charges against him.   However, for some "SECRET" reason they suddenly and abruptly decided to eliminate Richard Chichakli, regardless of acting unconstitutionally, outside the American legal system, and without any valid cause, or credible evidence.   Why would the US Government be afraid that much of a 50-year old accountant?

	Why would the U.S. Treasury act on the orders of the State Department, and what had Condoleezza Rice have to do with this matter?
	The FBI violated the search warrant by failing to list all the items seized from Chichakli's office!

The FBI & U.S. Treasury MISPLACED & LOST $500,000 in Cash, Diamonds, and Collectibles from Chichakli’s safe. Here’s the proof!

The Federal Agents of the FBI and the United States Treasury have refused, up to this date, to provide to Clay Scott Jr. (Chichakli’s attorney) a list of the items they removed from Chichakli’s office at 811 S. Central Expressway in Richardson, Texas on April 26, 2005.  The FBI claims the “Secret Evidence” protection while the United States Treasury claims “the FBI has it.”

Dennis Brady, the FBI Special Agent in-charge of the raid on 4/26/2005, illegally disclosed to Douglas Farah (the paid propaganda outlet of the DOJ) that the items seized from Chichakli’s office included “diamonds, collectibles, and large amount of cash” valued for over one million dollar, and of course, the stupid Farah immediately published the details on his website, unknowing that his FBI friend was "planning retirement."  Now, here’s the funny part:

The FBI official inventory list of items seized from Chichakli’s office DID NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE VALUABLES disappeared from the safe! Since the attorneys started asking about where is the list of items seized, the thieves and thugs of the FBI and the United States Treasury are scrambling to hide and destroy the evidence:  first, by destroying the evidence as the Federal Agents of the U.S. Treasury illegally sold the office of Richard Chichakli without court order or legal basis,  and second, by the FBI hiding behind “Bush-Ashcroft’s Secret Evidence” to prevent the exposure of their crime.
