Message to President Obama
To President Obama
Dear Mr. President
On February 17, 2010 your government obtained indictment against Richard Chichakli on a ground of false information which was intentionally invented by the United States Attorney in order to secure the indictment.
Mr. President your government made a grave mistake, and telling lies would not repair what you have unjustly done. Paragraph-8 of the indictment is a blatant lie; it states that I was sanctioned by the United Nations on March 2004, where it was in fact I was sanctioned by the Bush administration almost two years after that date at the request of the US because I refused to accept an immunity deal that requires me to lie in favor of your government.
Mr. President, you need to order the March 16 2004 UN resolution to be re-written in order to save your government case and cover-up the lies in the indictment. It is also important that you order all existing copies destroyed, in addition to ordering the date of United Nations orders SC/8569 and SC/8570 also altered in order to accommodate the lies invented by your government since these were the reports that placed me under UN sanctions at the order of the Bush regime.
The reason your prosecutor lied is simply because he wanted to invent a connection between me and an unrelated business that was created in 2004; without such a lie, the invented relation upon which the indictment was formed would make no sense.
Mr. President I had hopes that your presidency will bring fairness and justice, to bring the “Change” you promised. I never thought that the “change” you intent to bring involved “changing” the date and falsifying official documents in order to persist with wrongful persecution instead of just admitting that mistakes were made.
I wonder how you could justify things like these to the people of the United States and the rest of the world. Mr. President how can you allow you administration to run like this, how can we believe what you say if lies is being delivered under your name in matters that are beyond contest. What other allegations heard from your administration officials are also lies.
Honesty is the backbone of trust, and your administration is telling lies. I waited for justice six years and I voted for you expecting justice. I am sorry that I believed your promises, I am sorry that I voted for you.
