Richard brings into the practice of public accounting a highly diversified academic knowledge and expertise in the areas of accounting information systems design and analysis and IS security, fraud detection and forensic accounting, E-commerce and perpetual inventory systems, quality control, and accounting for international tax and free trade zone operations, with more than 18 years of international accounting, government and non-for-profit accounting, and reorganization & turnaround management experience gained in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Richard is considered to be a leading-expert in developing and managing international free trade and industrial zones, and have designed, created, and managed seven leading international free trade zone projects around the world.
