What is the real reason that caused the U.S. Government to act with such brutality against Richard Chichakli? What is the real cause?
Although the US Government "Sealed" the cause of action, Special Agent Dennis Brady from Dallas office of the FBI stated to CBS-11 news reporters that this case is about a two-years investigation of Richard Chichakli's relation to Victor Bout the alleged arms dealer. Now, if the U.S. Government is inquiring into Victor Bout's matter or wants Chichakli to help them "talk to Victor Bout", as stated by John Fox, III from the U.S. Attorney office, why don't they just visit with Bout call him directly? Victor Bout voluntarily offered to speak to them?
Why did the United Stated Government kill and bury Richard Chichakli; however, placing Victor Bout's name on the tombstone? Why do they keep talking about Chichakli as he is Victor Bout?
Why do they want to manufacture some relation between Chichakli and Victor Bout to portrait Richard Chichakli as an employee of Bout, despite knowing that he was not? They are fully-aware that Chichakli was a full-time student in the USA during the time the Treasury claimed hem to be the CFO of the So-called Bout Empire?
What is the government interest in fabricating a story to describe Richard as the manager of Victor's alleged empire despite knowing that Chichakli was not working for Bout and that De Smet, Ward, and others were the directors managing Bout's business?
The FBI and the State Department are acting such as Victor Bout is hiding or that they do not know where he is about? Although this comes as no surprise after using internet Hollywood stories, and a corrupt United Nations contractor to conduct and conclude a FAKE two-year investigation in about two-days before executing an American family and aborting their life and dreams.
The US Government acted against Richard Chichakli because of Victor Bout as they claim; however they did not seek Victor Bout, nor did they indict him, or issued any warrant to arrest victor Bout? What is it the US Government after?
The Belgian Government (which is the only government supposedly seeking Victor Bout on charges not related to arms dealing) is fully aware of where Victor Bout's about; however, and strangely enough they have never asked or wanted to talk to him, nor have they ever asked for his extradition? For a matter of fact there was NEVER a request made to the Russian Government for Victor Bout! That is NEVER!!! here's the proof
Given these facts, raises doubt that the action against Chichakli's is because he new Victor Bout in 1995; 10-years ago! and leads to questioning the real motive or cause of action, the cause the government "sealed." Until this day, Chichakli is not informed of Why he was persecuted?
What is the cause the made the US Government orchestrate an action of such magnitude against an old accountant? Rumors related to the government being angrily responding to Chichakli's refusal to play certain role in a U.S. sponsored, unconstitutional plot to form "Syrian Government in-exile" similar to the scenario used prior to the invasion of Iraq, as being the true reason. The U.S. Treasury acknowledgement that their action was based on the recommendation of the U.S. Dept. of State. What Chichakli has to do with the State Dept?
On the other hand:
Why would the FBI officially conceal the cause for going after Chichakli, while publicly stating that it is related to two-year on-going investigation about Victor Bout?
Why would the Treasury over-step the constitutional barrier on the order of the President of the United States as they claim? Just too many very big questions surrounding a very, very little person!
Where is the President from all of this and why is he not talking? He is the one that is supposed to hold and protect the constitution of the United States, he is after-all empowered by that very same constitution. The constitution his Treasury Department trashed in order to execute Richard Chichakli outside of the U.S. legal system.
Why the FBI is not answering calls about this case? Even those officially appointed to leak information to "certain designated media" suddenly disappeared? Where are special agents Dennis Brady and William Hoffman? the FBI's Dennis Brady could not wait to FEED Douglas Farah the "Secret Information" he could not divulge to CBS News?
Is MANUFACTURING EVIDENCE is all the government can do against law-abiding citizens to justify their execution?
Is knowing Victor Bout a crime? President G. W. Bush knew Bin Laden and invited the Taliban to Washington? James Baker, the former US Secretary of State also did, why don't the treasury freeze their assets? Watch 911 Fahrenheit Movie and you will a live picture of what I am talking about!
Where is the American legal system of all of this? Even proven criminals have the right to remain silent, the right for legal representation, the right to a trial, the right to appeal, and so-on. Why would Chichakli, a man not charged of any crime be denied these basic rights? Why would his constitutional rights be bluntly and intentionally ignored?
Why is the FBI is blackmailing Chichakli to protect the action of the US Treasury and prevent him from going to court? Is this a " legal obstruction of justice"?
Why is the treasury not answering phone calls or showing for appointment? Is this double-standard justice served on the basic of national origin, religion, color, or race? Is this the American democracy we are exporting to the world by sending American soldiers to die in foreign land? Is this another myth similar to the "weapon of mass-destruction" story?
Richard Chichakli is just a little man who believed in America, and put his life on the line, in a US Army uniform to cement that believe and protect the American way of life. Richard is a small man who is faced with the full-power of the most powerful government in existence, the same government he help built and he stood to defend? What an irony.
