Bout's PHANTOM Empire! All of those talking about Victor Bout based on Peleman's report to the UN S/2000/1225 kept referring to Bout's business as an "Empire with more than 60 aircraft, and capability to move hundred of tones anywhere in the world at an hour notice, .." All of those, blindly believed what the internet experts and Peleman said, without a question or verification, and without a proof. Neither Peleman, nor anyone of those who wanted to fabricate a case wanted to use the official authority on air operators fleet to verify whatever they alleged. Why, because the truth weaken their case and deflate the stories they invented. Just about May of 1998 the so-called Bout's empire under the management of Ms. ward became insolvent, particularly after Ms. ward "Pocketed more than one million dollar exactly $1,065,000.oo send from Sergey Bout; Victor's brother in settlement of the split between him and Victor after he purchased Victor's interest in UAE operation. At the end of 2000 Victor was totally broke and unable to support his family needs or his living expenses to the point where he had to ask me to use my credit cards to pay for food and necessities. Here's the credit cards statements that proves what I am saying. Does this looks like a man who own an Empire with millions in profit? I provided herewith a copy of the memo written by Natalie Piret the employee of Victor Bout for six years and a top director of Bout's organization. I also provided a copy of a letter sent by Deidre Ward to her Lawyer about the insolvency. The US Treasury; just recently, made-up the following Chart of Bout's Empire as they called it? The chart is made out NOTHING REAL, just a lot of IMAGINATION, and two-picture downloaded from the internet!! Here's the results of two-years investigation and research paid-for by your tax dollars. EXCEPT FOR Aircess, San Air, and Transavia (all of which closed and shut-down by 2001) Victor Bout propably neither owned, Operated, or even heard of any of the Companies listed in the Chart in April 2005.
