The US Treasury claimed that Richard Chichakli was the CFO of Victor Bout's business; or as they call it "Empire". With the same attitude a worthless IRS agent would act, Robert Werner; the Ex-justice Department attorney and his criminal gang decided that DeSmet, Ward, Harridine, Piret, Swaidi, Tibit, and all others REAL employees (with payroll stubs) did not exist; however, Chichakli was. It seems that the smart layer decided to maintain all-Arab names on his list of "Blocked Persons". Just go to OFAC web site and read that list! That office should be renamed "Organization For Arab Cutting - OFAC," congratulation.
It is either a case of extreme stupidity, blind hatred, or government cover-up of something bigger! One way or another, the Treasury just want to make out of Richard Chichakli an employee of V. Bout. May be that would mean a promotion to some of them?

How about an Organization Chart? Here's one to put the OFAC-IRS criminals on notice that Chichakli will expose your worthlessness and lies to the world when this comes to court. Then he shall make you look exactly as stupid as you have been acting throughout this ordeal, and make stutter trying to explain why you failed to LISTEN, failed to INVESTIGATE, failed to accept the truth knowing you been wrong all the way. Blinded by hate, you destroyed my life, and I shall make you pay million$ in damages. We'll meet in court.
