Message to President Elect Obama
To the President-Elect
Dear Mr. President-Elect
My name is Richard Chichakli, a US Army veteran, a father, CPA, and an American citizen seeking your help. In 2005 I was designated by OFAC for an alleged relation to a person mentioned in Executive Order 13348. I protested the designation as incorrect and unjustifiable, and demanded a fair trial under the laws of the United States. The court rejected my case on government assertion that there is enough evidence against me; however, I was not charged or indicted for any crime or wrongdoing and still is.
I am asking for justice according to the US Constitution, asking to be charged with a crime and allowed to stand trial, or be cleared and restored. Justice delayed is justice denied, and I have been waiting for justice for four years.
