About R Chichakli

Richard is a hard-working family man who places values above everything. A professional, a soldier, an educator, and an entrepreneur who started working at the age of 11, and hasn’t stopped working since then.  Richard is a soccer dad who coached a 13-years olds squad of RISD, and a father of two children Ariel 23, and David 17. A first generation immigrant who was highly decorated and honorably discharged after proudly serving in the United States Army. A man who loves learning and teaching others; in a nutshell, Richard had to work extra hard and walk few extra miles in order to establish a decent home and living for his family.

Richard is a Certified Public Accountant and he owned and managed two public accounting practices with more than 500 clients across the United States. He was also a licensed real estate professional in the state of Texas, a licensed used car dealer, a part-time professor of accounting at Collin County Community College, a registered provider of Continued Professional Education for licensed professionals in Texas, and an author of books in accounting, information systems, and optimization in transportation. Richard developed several patented processes for computer audit, and forensic accounting.  Richard was also a licensed NASD commodity broker specialized in Oil & Gas programs and a licensed insurance agent in Texas during the mid-80s.  Similar to all patriotic Americans, Richard volunteered and served in the United States Armed Forces, and he was decorated and honorably discharged from active duty in 1993 after receiving a service-connected disability. In the US Army Richard was a rated linguist and has received training in Aviation, Intelligence, and the medical fields.

Richard brings into the aviation business great amount of knowledge and expertise from both the civilian and military sides. Richard received his MBA in aviation  from Embry-Riddle University in late 1993, after graduating from the FAA academy as a Certified Tower Operator (CTO) in 1991. Richard had also received training in Air Traffic Control (ATC) at the United States Army Aviation Center in Ft. Rucker, Alabama and after graduation received Class-5 tower rating while serving in Ft. Campbell, KY. Richard has also received training in the fields of Aviation Operations, and Avionics repair and maintenance. In the field of Air Traffic Control Richard is rated, in addition to tower operations, on PAR, and GCA. Richard is a certified trainer and has written the tower training manuals for Saber Army Airfield, and supported the training programs of the 311 MI, and 5th Group SF in Fort Campbell.

In the airline industry Richard Chichakli is known to be among the top world's experts in managing fleets and optimizing the use of aviation assets for maximized utility and higher profitability. He is also an expert in setting up airlines and managing the financial operations aspects to ensure the success and continuity of start-up airlines. Being a CPA, Richard brings into the aviation industry a highly diversified academic knowledge and technical expertise in the financial aspects of managing aviation companies and controlling costs.  Richard possesses more than 20 years of management experience gained in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Richard Chichakli is the trusty friend to more than 500 tax and accounting clients who shared with him the minute details of their finance and lives’ affairs, he is a father, an accountant, a soldier, and the motorcycle rider you could have seen but never recognized.   Today, Richard Chichakli is an internet mask to a mysterious character painted by those who never knew him.
